HTC has from the very beginning of the Android custom firmware updates “over the air” (OTA) to their phones to send. This means that the updates you just download straight to your device via Wi-Fi or data connection possible. This week, the HTC Sensation turns and receives system version 1.35.401.1.
Improvements
With the receiving of the 1.35.401.1 update according to the update screen improvements in the performance of the device; this could be related to user comments that were sometimes crashes if a delay in the response of the device. Personally I have not noticed improvements after installing the update, but of course we want to hear in the comments or your unit is performing better after this firmware update.
Installing
The update has a size of 26.96 MB and can be found under Settings> about phone> Software Updates. Then you get a notification that an update is available and the ability to install it. This update will not erase any data, so after installing all settings, applications and media are simply there.
